Remarks

Fly came to Tombstone, Arizona in 1849, and opened a photography studio near the O.K. Corral. He was known for his photo series of Geronimo, his band, and the soldiers who captured them (especially General Crook), as well as pictures of local gunfighters and lawmen. The negatives for all these photographs were destroyed by fires in 1912 and 1915.
